Fall 2009 General Information
Fall IDN Summit & Expo registration includes tuition, course materials, networking sessions, and all meals beginning Wednesday evening, September 23, 2009, through the closing of sessions on Friday morning, September 25, 2009.

You will be able to request hotel accommodations at the Gaylord Texan Resort when registering for the event. You may also make hotel reservations by contacting the hotel directly at 817-778-2000. Please mention the Fall IDN Summit & Expo to receive the group rate of $229 per night. There is a $15.00/day resort fee and tax.
The Fall IDN Summit & Expo Golf Tournament will have a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start on Wednesday, September 23, 2008. If you are playing in the tournament, please be in the hotel lobby at 6:30 a.m. to be directed over to the course. The golf tournament fee of $225 includes transportation, greens fee, cart, box lunch and beverages.
Attire for all events is business casual.
Please check in personally and sign for your badge and materials. Admittance to all functions will be by badge only. You may check in at the times listed below:
Wednesday, September 23, 2009 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
Thursday, September 24, 2009 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
IDN Summit personnel will be at the hotel beginning Monday, September 21st. If you require assistance, please call the hotel at 817-778-2000 and ask for the IDN Summit Information Desk.
Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center is located deep in the heart of Texas, yet near everywhere you want to be. Gaylord Texan is just six-minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Shuttle –$12 One way service from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to Gaylord Texan
All functions are for registered attendees only. Spouses/guests are welcome to participate in social functions and group meals only, provided the spouse/guest has registered and paid. Spouses/guests will not be allowed admittance to education sessions. Admittance to all functions will be by badge only.
