I am considering or I have already signed up for the HIGPA meeting in October.

“The HIGPA meeting is a good meeting to network with exhibiting GPOs only…Our meeting is about networking with exhibiting purchase decision makers representing near 70% of our country hospital buying power...Plus the same GPOs will be exhibiting at our event…In addition, our education discussions are focused around solutions that make buying, selling and product utilization most efficient.”

 

I do not have or I am not budgeted to attend your meeting.

“I would guess that you are budgeted to call on your customers, correct? We offer an opportunity for you to come to one location to network and visit the booths manned by hospital purchase decision makers representing near 70% of our country’s hospital buying power…Think of the time and the dollars you save by meeting these people in one location and you get to meet them in a very informal venue.”

There doesn’t seem to be enough time to meet with everyone in the exhibit hall.

“If you are trying to meet everyone by yourself that is correct…This is why most companies send several people…There are also networking receptions to meet with the attending customers as well…However, if only you could attend I would target the top 10 that you would be most interested in doing business with and then see more of them at our fall event in September.”

I am already attending the MedAssets meeting in Las Vegas.

I have been to your meeting (s) before and did not find them very valuable.

“I’m sorry to hear that, so you likely have decided not to attend any other industry meetings, correct? The reason I ask is there are not any other meetings to attend where you have this many decision makers in one venue, so I’m thinking that you may not prefer attending meetings as such…If I sound confused, I am, since I have not heard this before…Is there anything we can do to earn back your business?”

The cost to attend your meeting is too high.

“If you compare us to all other meetings in our sector such as; FAH, HIGPA, AHRMM and GPO meetings, we are the least expensive…To attend our meeting you can simply buy one single ticket for $1,595, and you don’t have to exhibit…Should you have multiple persons who would like to attend, we offer packages that are under $1,000 per ticket.”

I really can’t afford to attend all the industry meetings, so have decided not to attend yours.
